Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Trailer Review
Last week Thursday, Paramount Pictures released the first trailer to the new TMNT movie. However, there are mixed reactions and I must admit that I am still "So-So" about this movie. First, I want to talk about the tone: It does look more darker than all the previous films but then again, this is a Michael Bay produced film. He seems to always aim towards darker films but never seems to nail it. It's like he llures us into the hype (Transformers) and does this intentionally to score some ticket sales but guess what...it works.
I have this one question to ask though, WHY THE HELL IS MEGAN FOX IN THIS FILM? I'm convinced at this point that there must me some moments of serious gratitude from these two (If you know what I mean). She was fired from the last Transformers movie and she seemed to dislike Michael alot. Out of nowhere, she scores a role that has been cemented in cartoon history as one of the best co-stars to the beloved turtles. Secondly, her acting is HORRIBLE. I'm sure everyone is aware at this point so hopefully, myself and the millions of people can ignore her from the film. What's more hilarious is realizing that she has not one line in this trailer (shows alot of confidence from the director) and I wonder why.
Shredder & The Foot Clan AKA The Call of Duty Characters........................................WTF? Not looking good at all for these characters. I would love to comment more about this mess but I will need serious censorship for all of the profanity that will spill out on this blog. Everything about their origins are different and I'm curious to see how they will somehow try to make it work. GOOD LUCK!!!
The one good thing about the trailer are the Turtles themselves. When I heard that motion capture was being used (Rise of the Planet of the Apes), I was a bit skeptical but they actually look badass. I do understand that for some, it will take some time to get adjusted but it appeared that they wanted to make them look like real mutated turtles. My favorite part of the trailer is when Leonardo drops down in front of April before she bumps into Michaelangelo and Leo looks pissed. What I found interesting was how they captured the essence Michaelangelo's personality. I included the link for the trailer below so ENJOYYYYYYYYYY.

THEATRICAL TEASER TRAILER FOR TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION IS HERE
Before I get into the actual trailer, I was left asking the question as to why Michael Bay would cast a teenager in a film where she plays a teenager but walking around a farm in tiny shorts and heels...WTH is that about. Besides that, the movie appears to have a much more darker/serious feel to it and I hope it does. The last two Transformer movies were horrible and contained some of the most over the top comedy pieces I have ever seen. Who the hell would even attempt to pull out two pistols on an alien robot (Dark of the Moon)?
My favorite of the trailer is of course Optimus doing what he does best...KICK SOME ASS. Check out the trailer below:

GODZILLA WILL BE TEARING UP THE BOX OFFICE THIS SUMMER
For anyone who does not know about the new Godzilla movie, please be aware that this movie looks BADASS. Back in 1998, a Godzilla movie was made (Ferris Bueller was the star of the film...should tell you alot) and it was HORRIBLE. Godzilla looked nothing close to the original and I was shocked to see that this huge monster was not as menacing as the one I remember from the older movies.
16 years later, trailers have been released and it looks like the director got this one right. Usually, reboots don't work well but it appears that the creative team behind this version really want to capture the threat that this creature can be. I also want to mention that Bryan Cranston is in this movie and what better person to have than "heisenberg"....I can pictureit now, Godzilla looks inside a window where Cranston's character is standing there and he pulls out the infamous black Fedora and yells "I AM THE DANGER, I AM THE ONE WHO KNOCKS".
Overall, this is definitely a movie to look forward to and possibly the best of the summer so we will have to wait til the movie arrives in theaters and below, I added the link to the new trailer:

ARE THEY SERIOUS? TMNT FIGURINES FROM THE MOVIE.
What the HELL is this? Apparently, the above image are the exact designs of how the turtles will look in the upcoming film. At this point, I am shaking my head in disgust because this is nothing close to what myself and the fans have been asking for. Michaelangelo looks disfigured, Raphael looks like a linebacker for a football team and Donny appears to be going on a hiking adventure with Indiana Jones. No teaser or film images have been released and usually, that is never a good sign that the studio has any faith in this movie. If they wanted to go in the right direction with this one, they should've avoided casting Megan Fox as April O'Neil. I can go on and on about the developments of this movie but I am positive that this will not come close to the original film. Why are they even wearing clothes anyway? Why am I hearing that Shredder will be some sort of Colonel and the foot clan is some military group.....UGH. Michael Bay, Michael Bay, Michael Bay, why would you do us fans this way.

THE CAST OF THE NEW FANTASTIC FOUR MOVIE IS REVEALED

So here it is, the official cast of the reboot for the Fantastic Four movie. ComingSoon.net is reporting that Miles Teller (Project X) will play the role of Mr. Fantastic, Kate Mara (House of Cards) as Sue Storm, Michael B. Jordan (Fruitvale Station) as Johnny Storm aka THE HUMAN TORCH, and Jamie Bell (Jumper) as Ben Grimm aka THE THING.
The first two movies were HORRIBLE and had nothing at all that brought out why I liked Fantastic Four. What I did enjoy was watching the Silver Surfer on the screen but besides that, I just want to erase those movies away from my memory.
As many of you know, Fantastic Four was a comic book from Marvel. However, because Marvel sold the rights to 20th Century Fox, it looks like this one will be another risky take of the group. I will say that I am happy for Michael B. Jordan getting more roles after his portrayl of Oscar Grant. I wish the diector and the cast "GOOD LUCK". Hopefully we will finally get the movie we want instead of a movie we would like to forget never happened.

IT'S FINALLY HERE, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY TRAILER
Since it was announced that "Guardians of the Galaxy" was being made into a movie, the anticipation of a trailer has been overwhelming to say the least. Last night, a full-length trailer was released and I must say: IT DOES LOOK PRETTY BADASS. Marvel is definitely taking a risk with this one considering that the characters are not as known as the members of the Avengers team. Chris Pratt is playing the lead role of "Starlord", Bradley Cooper is providing the voice for "Rocket Racoon, Vin Diesel is also providing his voice to the character "Groot" who only says one line in the comics, Zoe Saldana as "Gamora"and professional wrestler David Bautista will be playing "Drax the Destroyer". Check out the trailer and enjoy:
